&lt;P&gt;Following the conviction and subsequent disqualification of Mr Eubank on charges of speeding and of having no insurance, Beech Jones de Lloyd, the Wirral based firm, was instructed in September 08 when Mr. Eubank was charged with driving without insurance and driving while disqualified, a fact of which he was unaware.
